I'm sorry for the errors you are getting.
Input/output error usually indicates a hardware problem, unless it's a network share. I think your hard drive might be failing. Is this something that you could check?
The error "reading request: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out" is coming from B2. We don't use Java, so there's nothing in Arq that would generate a message like "java.net.SocketTimeoutException".
We added a workaround to Arq that should look for the "java.net.SocketTimeoutException" and retries. Could you run this installer and let me know if you keep getting errors:
