• Gibt es ein Tool welches einem durch ein Popup oder sonst was mitteilt dass ein TimeMachine Backup nicht erfolgreich war?

    Es geht mir da um einen Mac der nur als "Server" fungiert. Läuft aber ein normales OSX 10.9 drauf.
    Jetzt bin ich schon öfters draufgekommen dass er manchesmal tagelang kein TM.BU gemacht hat, da kam ich nur dahinter weil ich zufällig nachkontrolliert hab.
    Es wäre also ein Tool nett welches in irgendeinerweise das gleich meldet, sei es durch eine große Meldung am Bildschirm, eMail oder was weiss ich,
    gibt es sowas?

        Damit sollte man leicht etwas für Geektools oder BitBar [getbitbar.com] oder TextBar [aptgetupdate.de] basteln können.

        Ich verwende aktuell nur noch BitBar. Hier z.B. die Kontrolle meines Traffics - die Textfarbe ändert sich je nach Hochrechnung (grün-im Limit bzw. rot-drüber) und da man leicht Untermenüs anlegen kann, gebe ich dort die letzten 10 Messungen aus. Das könnte bei der Status der letzten Backupläufe sein.



        Du kannst mit etwas getrickse auch generierte Grafiken als Verlaufsanzeige im Menü verwenden, das ist hier zu sehen [getbitbar.com].

        Da solltest Du gut mit basteln können.

      Falls Du Dir noch nichts selber gebastelt hast
